This printer operates without ink and is compatible only with US Letter and A4 thermal paper sizes. It features cutting-edge direct thermal technology for printing. The package includes 20 sheets of US Letter paper. Important: Adjust the paper size switch on the left side of the entry; set it to 216 (upper position) for US Letter or 210 (lower position) for A4.

This compact printer operates solely with thermal paper, not standard copy paper, and produces black and white prints. To print from a mobile phone, you must download the ‘Labelnize’ app. For PC users, a driver must be downloaded using a USB cable from the provided U-disk to get the D810 computer driver. Please note that a USB cable is necessary for the computer, as it does not support wireless connections.
