Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy explains how returns and refunds work when you use Bridge2list. Because we operate as a comparison shopping service (CSS) and affiliate marketing website, the process differs depending on how you arrived at your purchase.
Bridge2list does not sell products directly
When you click a product link on Bridge2list, you are redirected to an independent UK retailer (such as Amazon, Argos, or Habitat) where you complete your purchase. That retailer is the seller of the product. Bridge2list is not party to that transaction and does not receive your payment, process your order, or handle your goods.
✅ What this means for you
Your statutory consumer rights — including your right to a refund or return under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — apply between you and the retailer you purchased from. Bridge2list cannot process a return or refund on a purchase made at a third-party retailer.
Returning a product bought via an affiliate link
If you clicked through from Bridge2list and completed your purchase on a retailer’s website, you must contact that retailer directly to arrange a return or request a refund. Each retailer has its own returns policy. Links to the relevant policies are provided below.
| Retailer | Returns Policy | Contact |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon.co.uk | Amazon Returns Policy ↗ | Amazon Help ↗ |
| Argos | Argos Returns Policy ↗ | Argos Contact ↗ |
| Habitat | Habitat Returns Policy ↗ | Habitat Contact ↗ |
| Other retailers | Please refer to the returns policy on the retailer’s own website. Each listing on Bridge2list clearly identifies the retailer the link directs to. | |

1
Locate your order confirmation email — this will have come from the retailer, not from Bridge2list.
-
2
Visit the retailer’s returns portal — most large UK retailers have a self-service returns process online.
-
3
Contact the retailer’s customer service — if you cannot locate your order or have an issue with the returns portal.
-
4
Contact Bridge2list — if you believe there was a misrepresentation of a product on our site, we want to know. Email support@bridge2list.co.uk.
UK consumer protection laws that protect you
Regardless of which retailer you purchased from, you are protected by UK law. The key legislation includes:
- Consumer Rights Act 2015 — goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund from the retailer.
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — for online purchases, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel from the date you receive the goods (the “cooling-off period”), regardless of the reason.
- Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 — protects you against misleading claims or omissions about a product.
⚠️ Not received your order?
If your order has not arrived and the retailer is not resolving your complaint, you may be able to raise a dispute through your payment provider (e.g. via PayPal’s buyer protection or a credit card chargeback). Bridge2list cannot intervene in disputes between you and a retailer, but we encourage you to use every avenue available to you as a consumer.
