Bridge2list does not ship products
Bridge2list is a comparison shopping service. When you click a product link on our site, you are taken to an independent UK retailer’s website where you place your order. That retailer is solely responsible for processing your order, dispatching the goods, and arranging delivery to you.

All shipping costs, delivery timescales, tracking information, and delivery terms are set by the retailer — not Bridge2list. Please refer to the retailer’s own shipping policy for full details before placing your order.

What to do if your order hasn’t arrived
If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, you should:
- Check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email from the retailer.
- Contact the retailer’s customer service team directly — their contact details will be in your confirmation email.
- Check with your local delivery service or a neighbour in case the parcel was left with someone nearby.
Bridge2list has no access to order or delivery information and cannot liaise with retailers or couriers on your behalf. If the retailer fails to resolve your delivery issue, you may be able to raise a dispute through your payment provider.
